Description
Customised emergency response simulations to assess and enhance team performance, rescue plans, and procedural compliance across various environments.
Team Performance and Rescue Plan Audits are bespoke training exercises designed to meet your specific needs, and to test and improve your team’s emergency response capabilities. Each assessment replicates realistic emergencies tailored to your specific operational environment in work at height, confined space or water related. Scenarios may incorporate casualty rescue and recovery as needed.

Following each exercise, a detailed debrief identifies strengths, deficiencies, and actionable improvements in your team’s procedures, equipment, and training. Delivered at our training centre or your chosen location (subject to site suitability), these audits ensure your team is prepared for workplace emergencies.
