Description
A one-day course that prepares trainers to deliver in-house Pole Top Rescue training to colleagues using Abtech Safety Pole Top Rescue Kits.
The Pole Top Rescue "Train the Trainer" Instructor course equips personnel within the Utility sector with the skills and knowledge to instruct others in pole top rescue techniques. Participants will learn the correct use, inspection, and maintenance of the Abtech Safety Pole Top Rescue Kit and relevant Safe Working At Height (SWAH) legislation. Through practical and teaching assessments, delegates will demonstrate their competence in rescue techniques and training delivery, enabling them to train their teams effectively in emergency Pole Top Rescue.

Working at Height Regulations 2005

Previous knowledge

Delegates must have attended Pole Top Rescue training or have a similar certification.

Requirements

Aged 18+. Participants must be medically fit, and physically able to complete practical elements.

Progression

Attendance of an annual refresher is required to maintain “Train the Trainer” certification.
