You'll also participate in Code Airway simulations using a range of high-quality simulators, replicating real-life scenarios and enhancing your proficiency.

The Difficult Airway Course (EMS) covers an extensive range of topics to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. Some of the key sessions include:
Prediction of the difficult airway
Human Factors and CRM in emergency airway management
Bag-mask ventilation mastery
Endotracheal Intubation masterclass
Video laryngoscopy and advanced imaging devices
Medication-assisted intubation (RSI and RSA)
Paediatric airway skills, including intubation
Suction Assisted Laryngoscopy and Airway Decontamination (SALAD) simulation
Cricothyroidotomy - Emergency Front of Neck Access (FONA) using Tissue Trainers
Familiarization with a wide range of extraglottic devices
