Team Building, Management and Leadership Development

We have developed leadership courses for a range of clients, including a continuing programme for Coventry University Disaster studies students. These range from one hour activities up to exercises which last for several days.

Team building within Outreach is primarily based around our students experiencing the effects and consequences of different actions, (or inactions), on themselves, those around them and the task they are trying to achieve.

We do not follow traditional outdoor development “pine poles and barrels” models and methods. We use tasks that clearly illustrate what we have discussed in the classroom sessions, with exercises unique to us and all with a very specific focus.
