Description
Specialist training on the use of RESQ RED Pro X device for rescue and evacuation scenarios, suitable for industrial and confined space environments.
This one-day course provides practical instruction in the use and maintenance of RESQ RED Pro X rescue and evacuation device. Designed for various high-risk industries, RED Pro X offers advanced functionality, including controlled descents and mechanical lifting capabilities for heights or depths of up to 255 metres. Training covers system setup, safe operation, and managing emergency scenarios such as confined space rescues. A valid Basic Rescue at Heights certification (or recognised equivalent) is required for participation.
Compliance

Aligned with EN 341:2011 and EN 1496:2017 standards.

Previous knowledge

A Basic Rescue at Heights certification is required for this training. Experience operating manual and automatic descenders would also be an advantage.

Requirements

Participants must be agreed 18+ and hold a valid and in-date Basic Rescue at Heights certification (or equivalent). A basic physical aptitude for height work and handling rescue equipment is also a requirement.

Further training on advanced rescue techniques and equipment, including other industrial and confined space rescue systems.
