Recertification & Refresher training is recommended every 2 years by means of re-attending this course.
- Classroom sessions cover the basics of legal requirements and compliance, common risks, the Work at Height hierarchy how ladders fit into this.
- Delegates will complete a short multiple choice exam which is assessed.
- This course is predominantly practical, and covers the selection of ladders, safe ladder usage, ladder inspection, fixed ladder safety systems, PPE and setting up leaning ladder safety systems.
- Ladder types used include stepladders, leaning ladders, telescopic ladders, roofing ladders and fixed ladders.

This 3-day course comprehensively covers Safe Working at Height and includes basic rescue techniques for peer rescue. It is suitable for emergency service personnel required to access casualties and conduct simple unaccompanied rescues with the use of typical rescue packs.
This 1-day course equips delegates with an awareness of Work at Height PPE inspection methods and the practical ability to carry out routine checks on PPE they are familiar users of.
This 2-day course has been developed in conjunction with industry experts, to provide the knowledge for planning, supervising and managing working at height.

The 5-day Safe Work at Height & Rope Rescue Operator course equips delegates with essential knowledge and skills to work safely at height and perform rope rescue operations
This 3-day course equips delegates to be able to identify and work safely in a Medium-Risk Confined Space, including operating as an entry controller. The course has theoretical input in the classroom and then numerous training scenarios and drills are covered to keep delegates engaged.
This 1-day course trains delegates to be able to identify a low-risk Confined Space (National Classification 1), mitigate risks and conduct simple entries into these spaces. Gas monitoring is included.
